Description

OPERATION
As it passes through the conveyer, the fillet is lightly pressed so that the ends of the fishbones come out of the meat. It is enough for the tip to be only 1mm out, then a scraper positioned close to the fillet lifts the fishbone even more so that it is effectively taken out by a stainless steel rotor. The removed fishbones are deposited in a gutter, where they will be evacuated with water gushes. Productivity is up to 18 fillets per minute.

ROBUSTNESS
The TE 2200 Lenke Fishbone removal machine is designed to operate in fish slaughterhouses and can work up to two shifts a day. Its construction is made of stainless steel and non-toxic polymers. The equipment supports water jets because it has a motor with IP 66 shielding and its belt is made of polyurethane, minimizing risks of contamination.
