The mini-load system is designed to handle light loads in various types of carriers, totes, and crates, providing a high productivity picking system that is fully automated, fast, safe, and can be configured according to project requirements. It is a high-performance automated warehouse with a single-column or bi-column structure that picks and places the individual loads from the storage cells inside the racks. The loads are removed from the individual storage cells and taken to the outbound bays, which direct the unit loads to another area for picking, packing, or shipping. System Logistics produces different versions of the “mini-load” system depending on the type of load unit (metal or plastic containers, boxes, trays, and others), load capacity up to 650 kg, height up to 22 m, horizontal speed up to 5.5m/s, and different load lifting devices (telescopic forks, individual bench, clamps, or drives).
