Liquid Coolers and Condensing Units

LIQUID COOLER

Mebrafe liquid coolers are manufactured in two models:

• Plate heat exchangers with liquid separator.
• Shell and tube heat exchangers with liquid separator.

These units, being sanitary, are widely used in the soft drinks industry, having a wide field of use, including in other types of industry that require water cooling or low freezing point solutions.

They consist of compressors, condensers and liquid coolers made of A-316 stainless steel plates, or shell and tubes. They work by direct evaporation of ammonia or R22, or by indirect cooling with a glycol solution in water.

The units are assembled with all accessories and the control panel on a “skid”.

We also supply the heat exchanger, with liquid separator and built-in automatic controls, mounted on a skid as a remote refrigeration unit.

This way, the existing refrigeration structure can be used. The skid is mounted on a sandblasted and primed steel structure.

It can also be finished with hot-dip galvanizing or made of stainless steel.
