AIR COOLERS LINE 50

General characteristics:

This is a new line of air coolers, optimizing the relationship between heat transfer, pressure losses and exchange surface.

Geometry:

The new exchanger geometry uses reduced tube diameters and smaller tube spacing. In this way, heat transfer coefficients are increased on both the refrigerant and air sides. Pressure losses have also been optimized through careful analysis of the tube circuitry, appropriate air velocities and optimum tube spacing.

Powerful computational numerical analysis tools were used in the design of the equipment, providing improvements in the thermal and fluid dynamic fields involved in the air cooling process.

Fining:

The fin follows the Mebrafe quality standard, with excellent thermal contact between tubes and fins, in addition to a surface designed and manufactured to obtain high thermal performance.
